LAATA Sponsorship Request Form

If your travel related company would like to sponsor one of our scheduled monthly meetings or request an alternate meeting date, please complete the following form. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified within 5-7 business days of your request. Please visit the "Chapters" section of our website prior to submitting this form to review currently scheduled dates.

Vendors, Suppliers, and other companies that sponsor our chapter meetings and/or alternate meetings usually make all the arrangements with the local restaurant or other establishments that will house the meeting. Normally local restaurants do not charge for the meeting space if a minimum order is placed. If you need assistance in planning your requested event, please let us know.

Sponsorship

Vendors, suppliers, and other companies that wish to sponsor one of our events are selected on a first come first serve basis. In order to gaurantee that your company is scheduled to sponsor or present to our group of agencies, please submit your request as soon as possible.

Normally our meetings are booked a year in advance.

We also recommend scheduling your presentation to each chapter within the same week or back to back. The Lafayette Chapter normally meets on Wednesday evenings and the Lake Charles Chapter on Thursday evenings.
