Board of Directors
No more than one member from an agency may serve on the board at any one time.
The board shall hold a minimum of 10 meetings per year.
The president or a majority of the board may call meetings as are needed. A majority shall constitute a quorum and a simple majority of the quorum is sufficient for transaction of any business.
Each board member must attend 8 of the meetings per year. Failure to comply may result in dismissal and the process of succession shall be followed. |
